মূল্য ফেরত নীতিমালা:

আমরা আপনার ফেরত মূল্যায়ন সম্পন্ন করার পরে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করব।
স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে প্রতিস্থাপন হবে। যদি পণ্যটি স্টকের বাইরে থাকে তবে আপনি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন।
অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন, ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধার চার্জ এবং শিপিং চার্জ আপনার অর্ডারের ফেরত মূল্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে না কারণ এগুলো ফেরতযোগ্য চার্জ নয়।
আপনি যদি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) নির্বাচন করে থাকেন, তাহলে ফেরত দিতে হবে না কারণ আপনি আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য অর্থপ্রদান করেননি।
ক্রেডিট কার্ড, ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্টের জন্য আপনি আপনার নিজ অ্যাকাউন্টে মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন।
কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে যদি অনলাইনে পুনরায় পেমেন্ট করা হয়, তাহলে পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

আপনি ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো সময় মূল্য ফেরত পাবেন। আপনি যদি এই সময়ের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত না পান, অনুগ্রহ করে বইফেরী ডট কমের ফেসবুক পেইজের ইনবক্সে, বইফেরী ওয়েবসাইটের হটলাইন 09638112112 নাম্বারে অথবা info@boiferry.com ইমেইলে বিস্তারিত অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।

Money Refund Policy

 The refund will be processed once we have completed evaluating your return.

 Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

 Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

 If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

 For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective account.

 If online payment is made once more due to a technical error, a payment refund will be made.

You will receive a refund anytime between 10 working days. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please you have to lodge a detailed complaint at the inbox of the Facebook page of Boiferry or in the hotline 09638112112 on the Boiferry website, or email info@boiferry.com.
