বিবিএ ছাত্র হিসাবে যাত্রা শুরু করার সাথেই রাফিদ এলাহী চৌধুরী দ্য ডেইলি স্টার সহ অনেক প্লাটফর্মে লেখালেখি শুরু করেন। গত ৩ বছর ধরে তিনি তরুণ নামের একটি উদ্যোগের সাথে জড়িত থাকেন, যার মাধ্যমে তিনি তরুণ-তরুণীদের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য কাজ করেন। রাফিদের লেখালিখির যাত্রা শুরু হয় যখন তিনি মাস্টারমাইন্ড স্কুলে Newsletter Club এর President হিসাবে কাজ শুরু করেন। Think Content নামে একটি প্লাটফর্মের সহ প্রতিষ্ঠাতা রাফিদ, যার মাধ্যমে তিনি মার্কেটিং জগতের বিভিন্ন Insights নিয়ে কাজ করেন। ইউনিভার্সিটির ২য় বছরে পড়ার সময়েই রাফিদ ট্রেইনার হিসেবে যাত্রা শুরু করেন আপস্কিল-এ। DU, NSU, BRACU, NUB, DIU, JU সহ অনেক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের প্রোগ্রামে স্পিকার হিসাবে আমন্ত্রণ পান রাফিদ। তা ছাড়া India, Singapore, Vietnam সহ অনেক দেশের কনফারেন্সেও কথা বলেন রাফিদ। রাফিদের প্রথম বই - The Transition প্রকাশিত হয় ২০২০ সালের বইমেলায়।
