Arabi Binte Shafique (Shifa) is a meritorious student of Class VI of Phulper Pilot Model Government High School, Mymensingh. She spends most of her time in IT. A strong desire to present herself in a new way always works in her. Being the only child of a first-grade government official, this exceptional child who chose to study in a government primary school, has a collection of more than three hundred books in her personal library at this age. Number of books related to Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is more than hundred. Apart from education, she has great skills in writing and computer. At the age of only three, uncle Sajeduzzaman sat on the lap of Rakib (Shad) and began typing on the computer. After that Shifa learned programming from experienced programmers. Ek Palake Sheikh Hasina mobile app was created out of interest and love for Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina while studying in third grade. For creating the app, the architect of Digital Bangladesh won an award from Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's ICT affairs advisor Mr. Sajib Wazed Joy, an ICT Division award from Hon'ble Minister of State for Information and Communication Technology Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak and various other awards. To keep Sheikh Russel's ideal life as a memory, writer and small programmer Arabi Binte Shafique (Shifa) created the indomitable Sheikh Russel app while studying in the fifth grade. The app is now available on the Google Play Store under the account of the Department of Information and Communication Technology. Shrahu Shifa's first book Ek Palake Sheikh Hasina at a glance was published at the age of ten. The book is written in the light of Ek Palake Sheikh Hasina app she created.
